These warm, rhythmic, and layered songs are a series of stories and anecdotes from a young romantic seeking love, crystal’s guide to accepting lost love, to recognizing a yearning to be near people that takes us to unexpected, and sometimes toxic, places.
This remembering/forgetting continues to be a guiding tone for crystal’s songwriting, and will define, with higher contrast, the debut full-length album Dreams Up, set to release at the end of 2019.
